Amelia offers two types of licenses:
Yearly Subscription
Yearly licenses are subscription-based, meaning they automatically renew every year to ensure uninterrupted access to support and monthly updates for the duration of the subscription. The initial purchase price may include discounts or promotional offers if available. However, please note that these discounts apply only to the first year of the subscription.
Upon renewal, the subscription will renew at the regular price listed on our pricing page (the crossed-out price). Similarly, if you decide to upgrade your license, the full price of the new license tier applies without discounts.
Lifetime Licenses
Lifetime licenses are a one-time purchase that grants you lifetime access to support and monthly updates. This means you’ll never have to worry about renewal fees—your license is valid indefinitely, and you’ll continue to receive updates and assistance for the life of the product.
While Upgrading Lifetime licenses is not possible, you have two options if you wish to move to a higher-tier Lifetime license:
Purchase a New Lifetime License at Full Price and receive a refund for the initial purchase
You can buy a higher-tier Lifetime license at the full cost listed on the pricing page and then email support@wpamelia.com, so they can issue a refund for the old purchase;Contact Support and Request a Custom Invoice for Upgrading a Lifetime License
Use the support widget and submit a Lifetime License Upgrade request. Once you fill in all the details, and once our team reviews the form they will either contact you for more details or they'll send you an invoice to pay for the price difference between the old Lifetime license and the higher-tier license.
The price will be the difference between what you paid and the current price of the higher-tier license + tax (VAT, GST, Sales tax - if applicable).
