Since there is no nationwide tax exemption for US residents, they are unable to enter sales tax-exempt documentation during purchase. As of now, US residents must complete their purchase at the full price (including sales tax) and then contact our reseller, Paddle, directly at assist@paddle.com.
Please provide your order ID (which you'll receive in an email from Paddle) and attach your tax-exempt form so that Paddle’s support team can process a retroactive tax refund.
This process also applies to non-profit organizations, as they do not have a VAT number.
VAT-registered businesses who purchase products through our website (through our reseller, Paddle) will not pay VAT if they enter their VAT ID at the time of purchase.
