When creating extras, coupons, or similar entities, users will notice the option "All services" in the dropdown menu. This means the entity will be applied to all services. If this option is left empty, Amelia will still apply the entity to all services. However, if a particular service (or services) is not selected in the dropdown, the entity will be applied to all services automatically.
Any new service or event created will automatically be assigned to the entity, but if a user selects a specific event, it won’t be updated automatically for new services or events. The user will need to manually assign the entity to each new service or event.
It’s recommended to keep the entity assigned to "All services/events" if you don’t want to manually assign it to each new service or event.
