If you need to change the email associated with the purchase, you will need to email us at support@tms-outsource.com from the email address that was used to purchase the license.

In the email, please state the new email address and we'll change it for you.

Please note: The billing method, and the password for accessing our store remain the same, so if you're transferring the ownership of the license to someone else, they need to reset the password using the new email address, and then change the billing method (for subscription-based licenses, as lifetime licenses won't be renewed again).
