How can I remove the tax charge?

VAT registered businesses who purchase products through our website (through our reseller, Paddle) will not pay VAT if they enter their VAT ID at the time of purchase.

US residents cannot enter their IDs, nor can they attach their tax exempt form in order to remove the tax charge during purchase. At this time, US residents would need to purchase the plugin and pay the full price (sales tax included), and then reach out to Paddle directly via this email address: assist@paddle.com

Make sure to add the order ID (you'll receive an email from Paddle) and attach your tax exempt form, so Paddle's support can retroactively issue a tax refund.
