I didn't receive any emails and I can't reset my password on my Store account.
If you were charged for the plugin, but haven't received any emails, or you haven't been able to reset your password on our store there's a good chance that you made a typo when you typed in your email address.
Please open a support ticket here, provide us with your email address, the time and date of the purchase, along with the amount (the full amount in your currency) and our support agents will gladly assist you.
Please note: Users that have t-online.de email accounts will not receive any emails from us due to security of t-online which we weren't able to resolve with them yet.
