What can I do as an Envato user?

If the plugin is not working correctly, you can always open a pre-purchase ticket for Amelia here where you can state the issue, and one of our support agents will gladly assist you with the issue you're facing.

If you're unable to activate the license with your Envato purchase code, please make sure that you're not using the Purchase Code field in Settings/Activation, since activating Envato licenses is done by Envato's API, so make sure you're leaving the Purchase Code field blank and that you're clicking on the "Activate with Envato" button.

If this fails, it could be that your purchase code is already active on another domain and since Envato licenses can only be used on one domain at a time (localhost installations also count), you may need to deactivate the license from that domain in order to activate it on a new one.
