Which licenses are available?

Currently, there is a Lite (Free) version of Amelia, available on wordpress.org and 4 paid plans which are sold either as a yearly subscription or Lifetime plans. If you're from a country where VAT or GST applies, the charge will be applied to the transaction. US residents will be charged sales tax based on the state they're from.

Lite - Amelia Lite is the free version of the Amelia booking plugin, offering a streamlined and limited set of features compared to the full version. While it provides essential booking functionalities, it's important to note that the free version only supports Square payment integration, with all other online payment methods unavailable. Amelia Lite is ideal for small businesses that need basic scheduling and payment capabilities without the full range of premium features.

Starter - The Amelia Starter license is a mid-tier option that offers more features than Amelia Lite while remaining more affordable than the Standard license. It includes key functionalities such as unlimited appointments, events, and employee management. The Starter license also supports the Square integration, making it a versatile choice for small businesses that need robust booking capabilities without the full range of premium features. This license is limited to one domain only.

Standard - The Amelia Standard license is a comprehensive option designed for businesses that require more advanced booking features. It includes everything in the Starter plan, with additional capabilities such as multi-location management, SMS notifications, and integrations with Google Calendar for seamless scheduling. The Standard license also supports multiple payment gateways, including Square, PayPal, Stripe, Mollie, WooCommerce, and Razorpay, providing businesses with more flexibility in managing appointments and payments. This license is limited to one domain only. Please note that this license does not include the Packages Feature, WhatsApp Integration, Cart feature, Rest API, Refunds, Stripe Connect and Resources.

Pro - The Amelia Pro license offers an extensive set of features designed for businesses with more complex scheduling needs. It includes everything in the Standard plan, with additional benefits such as Packages Feature, WhatsApp Integration, Cart feature, Rest API, Refunds, Stripe Connect and Resources. This license is perfect for businesses that require a comprehensive booking system with enhanced features to manage a large number of clients and services.

Elite - The Amelia Elite license includes everything Amelia has to offer, combining all features and integrations included in lower license plans but with API Endpoints included, for experienced developers to be able to call the plugin’s actions from external systems.

Yearly (subscription) licenses are all based on a yearly subscription and all licenses include support and monthly updates the whole time the subscription lasts.

Lifetime licenses include lifetime support and monthly updates.

All licenses can be used on an unlimited number of subdomains.
