If you already configured your employee's work hours but need to configure specific days differently, you can create Special Days. This tab is located in the employee's profile.

For example, if your employee's work hours are from 08:00 - 12:00 every Monday, but the employee needs to go to a doctor's appointment on May 30th, you can create a Special Day that will change the employee's work hours on that day and set them to be from 10:00 - 14:00.

Special Days overwrite working hours on that special day (or a range of days), so if you face any inconsistencies with available services on that day, please check if the services selected on regular work hours are the same as the services selected on the Special Day (same goes for locations).

Please note: Special days overwrite the employee's work hours, but they cannot overwrite Days Off. This means that, if you created a day off on May 30th, creating a special day for the employee will not bring up the booking form on that day.
